With this page, you can see how many times your child should have received each immunization by his or her age. The left-hand column has the minimum requirements listed; the right-hand column shows what your child will have received if our current immunization schedule has been followed. Just click on the age range that applies to your child. If your child has received fewer of any of the immunizations as listed in the left-hand column, please call us to check if your child's immunizations really are delayed and to schedule a catch-up appointment if necessary. (There is often a shortage of the Pneumococcal vaccine, so your child may not have as many of this vaccine as indicated below.)
