The direction of our practice is very simple: shape the health of your child so they can become a healthy adult. And in doing that, we want you and your family’s experience to be remarkable at Catalina Pediatrics. Our pediatricians are committed to serving the health care needs of your infants, children, and young adults. We offer prenatal visits, children and adolescent well care, same or next day sick visits and mental health consults.
We’ve spent 50 years watching our patients grow up—and now, we’re honored to care for their children, too.

A LETTER FROM DR. LLOYD

Dear Patients and Families,​

Let me start by saying thank you for trusting me with what matters the most to you - your children's health and well being. It has been a joy and honor to walk alongside your family through so many important moments. For this reason, it is with deep heartfelt emotion that I am writing to share that I will be retiring from Catalina Pediatrics as of September 30, 2026.​
It is nearly impossible to put into words what this journey has meant to me. From welcoming your newborns into the world, watching them take their first steps, start school, and eventually grow into young adults - it has been one of the greatest privileges of my life to be part of your stories. In some cases, I've even had the pleasure of seeing former patients return as parents themselves.

While I am stepping away, Catalina Pediatrics remains steadfast in it's commitment to providing the thoughtful and compassionate care your family deserves. Many of you have already gotten to know and trust my exceptional partners, and I have every confidence that together we will ensure a seamless transition in your children's care.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your lives for so many years. I am deeply grateful for the relationships we've built, the confidences we've shared and the countless moments of laughter, resilience and hope which I will forever treasure. I will miss you all more than I can say.​
